“The prices listed include VAT and comprehensive insurance coverage. The approximate total rental cost is based on the information provided at the time of booking. The driver must present a valid driver’s license from their home state, as well as official identification, when signing the rental agreement. A deposit of $5,000 pesos in cash and/or deposit or payment via credit card, with a 5% commission charge for using an external terminal, is required as a guarantee of compliance with all obligations acquired in the Rental Agreement.

You can purchase additional services, such as delivery and pickup of the specified vehicle, fuel refill, baby seats, etc. Please ask our representatives for details.

If you require an additional driver, they must present their driver’s license and be at least 18 years old, with official identification, in order to be registered as an authorized driver.

The minimum age to rent or drive one of our vehicles is 18 years.

In case of late return of the vehicle, a charge of an extra day will apply, starting from the expiration of the 24-hour period, according to the public rate in effect at the time of return.

The minimum rental period is two days.

When making your reservation, you must specify the delivery and pickup point. In case of changes to the itinerary, additional charges may apply.

In case of a reservation without prior notice, an additional fee of $1,000 pesos may apply for last-minute reservations.

The price of your reservation includes the services mentioned in this reservation, as well as Civil Liability Insurance coverage up to $1,500,000.00 Mexican Pesos. Other types of insurance are included in the comprehensive coverage, provided that the driver is not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The deductibles that may apply to other events are the responsibility of the driver and must be paid at the time of the incident, partial or total theft.

Includes local taxes and VAT. Any additional coverage or services not mentioned as included in this reservation have an additional cost according to the public rate in effect at the time of rental. Limits of protection and deductibles apply to some coverage.

Each passenger must have an assigned seat in the vehicle. No extra passengers are allowed. In case of an accident, all guarantees provided by the insurance and our company will be lost WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Your reservation is for picking up and dropping off the vehicle in Cancun city, at the meeting point indicated in this confirmation. If you decide to drop off the vehicle at a different location, additional charges may apply. Please ask our representatives.

The rented vehicle may not leave the territory of Quintana Roo or Yucatan without prior consent. There is no consent and it is prohibited to leave Mexico through the southern borders of the Republic of Mexico (e.g. Guatemala and Belize). In case of failing to comply with this clause, the security deposit of $5,000 pesos will be lost automatically, and an additional charge will be made for each kilometer driven.

Our payment methods are cash, transfer, deposit, Stripe, payment with debit or credit card with an additional 5% commission charge for using an external terminal. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We have no hidden charges, what appears at the time of booking is the final defined price.

The security deposit of $5,000 pesos will be refunded via transfer within 24 to 48 hours after the vehicle is returned, subject to verification of the vehicle’s condition. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

In case of any damage to the vehicle, the security deposit will be lost in its entirety, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

A promissory note for $5,000 pesos will be signed in case of any damage to the vehicle.

Delivery and pickup of the vehicle, as well as washing the vehicle, have a service charge of $500 pesos.

In case of any mechanical failure or incident, please notify the company immediately. Otherwise, it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the driver and the deposit will be charged.

In case of mechanical failures or cancellations due to our company, we will refund the full amount of the remaining days or the reservation that could not be completed. If we have availability of other vehicles, we will provide another one, respecting the prices and guarantees of the previously contracted vehicle.”
